22mm socket, 22mm wrench or pipe wrench, hold the upper nut and crank on the bolt per those articles. Bounce it, drive it, then adjust to even out. Then go straight to the alignment shop.

Better bet may be to wait on the IFS balljoint spacers - this will be a superior 1.5" lift solution to cranked t-bars. Search for the 120-post "IFS Balljoint Spacer Update" thread on this forum.
