Well, most of what I have read around here has recommended 0 or 5 W30 becuase it (for whatever reason) helps with the valve knock. I didn't pay attention this time when I changed my oil and ended up with 10W30 and the knock is back for me. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> So personal experience says 0 or 5 W30 is the way to go.
