Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
1) Just got a rebuilt 22re engine from ATK. Nothing in my truck has been changed except for the engine. When I am sitting in idle I can feel a slight vibration under my feet.
It is not a constant vibration, it gets strong and disapears in about one second intervals.
2) Also, I expected better gas milage from this rebuilt. I am only getting 15-17 mpg. It is the exact milage that my old, leaky, smokey 22re got. Would changing the 02 sensors make a significant difference? How about cleaning the fuel injectors?
Thanks,
Rich
