That is about a 31.7x9.3 tire. I am running 32x10.5x15 Super Swamper radials which are pretty similar in size; just a little wider though. I like this size tire on my rig since I have no lift at all. They do pretty well in mud and on rocks.

I say go for the 235/85/16s if you like them and you're not planning on doing much of a lift. If you're doing a lift and tires I think a wider tire will look better.
