Doh! Ol' dyslexic Joe here. Actually if you were properly adjusting for mileage in the past, your mileage should increase slightly w/ the smaller tire due to less rolling resistance, etc.

So you're doing the timing belt? That along with a full tune-up should help.

Your leaking radiator and steering box shouldn't affect mpg - but as Greg said they do need attention.

Other things that might affect mpg are alignment, sticky brakes, bearings. But see what the timing/tune-up does, and the O2 sensor.......
