That they bothered to help me? Yeah, I wasn't sure it would work... When they put me through to the production control whatever, I made it clear I was an end customer and I wasn't fishing for any 'privileged' or 'proprietary' info. I just said I wanted to know my deadline for ordering an '04, and they answered...
