When it happened on mine, I left the engine on while I went inside to change into some "work" clothes. The heat of the exhaust melted the ice just about the time I came out the door. Unfortunately the Trooper was at the top of a slope and my daughter's F-250 was at the bottom of the slope, but that is a campfire story.

I think that if you BLOCK your wheels and let the truck run for a bit the problem will resolve itself.
