I have to second that - look around a little more before going with NWOR - or even Downey for that matter. My '95 197K miles, needs valve work and a few other things - so I have done alot of research - The general opinion seems to be that NWOR has poor post sale issues - where Downey is a little more customer friendly. All - Tim @ DOA and Tim @TCR and Ted (engnbldr) are great guys who, as far as my research turns, up have good reputations for fair prices and good work. If there is such a thing as fair with the 3.0.

I am torn between a 3.4 swap and upgrading the 3.0. Both are gonna be some cash - the 3.4 seems to be the best HP per dollar gain ....darn you TeamShiftPoint!! But that is a different discussion.

Anyway try these couple places..
