Anyone put a satellite radio in? If so, where'd you mount the antenna? I put mine fwd on the roof and ran the cable under the window seal, but I'm not real happy with the way it looks. Any idea how to get the cyclops light off the back? I was thinking about trying to run it through that and under the head liner but couldn't find a way to get the housing off...
thanks,
nick

I just got mine last week. The antenna works fine for me on the dashboard. No interference problems yet.

I got Sirius because the unit had an AUX out. So far I only get dropouts under long underpasses. It's nice to actually get to listen to music again...

I love my Sirius radio. The antenna is located at the front of the right side of the dash and appears to work fine there. I got Sirius because: a) the coverage appears to be better where I do most my driving (New Mexico/Colorado); b) Sirius has NPR and BBC. The only place I've had a problem with reception was northeastern California (near the Nevada and Oregon borders). Thus far, I've covered most of Oregon, California, Nevada, Utah, northern Arizona, Colorado and northern New Mexico. Between Sirius and my iPod, I could drive forever - unfortunately, after a 3600 mile XMAS road trip, I suffered a ruptured disc in my lower back and have not been able to drive anywhere...

Sorry to hear about your back.Im not sure but i heard they are coming out with satellite t.v. for your car. This might be cool if i had the time or money to put a t.v. in my truck. I wonder if it would have the optional playboy channel also Anyways both xm and sirrius are awesome and if you spend a decent amount of time in the truck its well worth it

You can plug into the back of the radio if it has aux inputs. Unfortunately the Taco's doesn't. You can use a cassette adapter, or an FM modulator, but it's not as great sounding. I used this as an excuse to convince my wife that I needed a new radio The Sirius receiver with an FM modulator was $149 at Best Buy, and it also has aux input capability...
hope this helps...
