Im thinking about trying some Ford Ranger 2wd springs on the rear of my 86. I was planning on going with the good ol Chevy springs, but I bobed 12inches off my bed and cut the rear rails off so I think they may be just a tad to long. So I was thinking, ive got a buddy that did a 4 link on his 98 ranger and has his springs just hangin out. I also have a 98 2wd ranger and the back rides really smooth, and flexes well and the leafs are a little longer. Right now ive got an Add a leaf in my stock pack (bought like that) and it rides like crap, but actually flexes a little. Anyway, I could run the ranger leafs longer shackles for lift/flex, and if i need to through a yota leaf in the mix as well. So what u all think? I need to do some measurements, but thats what im thinkin right now. Cya Stinson
