I finally got my reset done on this and wanted to report on it for others that will do this on a 94 Trooper. Take off dash cover as instructed elsewhere in this thread, and also cover below steering column that is part of dash(3 screws, one inside fusebox on very bottom). Squeeze screwdriver up between r/h side of steering column to get to the bottom screw on guage cluster(there is only 1 screw on bottom) and take off 2 screws on front of cluster. Pull out cluster, unplug the 2 connectors. Tilt cluster towards you, on r/h side of center is the 2 ksw marked holes (mine did not have tape over empty one). Unscrew the screw and screw into other ksw hole. Put everything back together and pat yourself on the back.
