Of course with the 2.7, I had nowhere to go but "up" with the power <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Love those 2.7's! Great engines <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />

Are you running headers?

Yes. I have the TRD headers. More pep on the higher RPM band.
But after adding 33's, eh..its keeping me outta tickets. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" />

I also noticed a big power drop when I added TRD headers to my existing 3" Downey/Dynomax cat back. Prior to my adding the headers the 3" cat back did make more power than the stock cat back.
Lesson learned: Headers and 3" pipes don't work together.

I put a 14" magnaflow on yesterday, it sounds very good, and I have already noticed increased throttle response. I think my sotck muffler was plugged up pretty bad. WE'll see what this does for my mileage.
