Duh, I forgot all about TPS 101!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/drunk.gif" alt="" />

Better than just adjusting the TPS, pull it off the throttle body, clean all the gunk off the return spring the remount and reset to spec! The throttle plate can return just fine, but doesnt pull the TPS with it, it has its own return spring. Serious as a heart attack here....
