And here's some good news. This version runs under Ubuntu 6.10 using Wine V0.9.22.

However, BR3 is a free package and they are packaging a non-free Active X control, roundgauge.ocx. Info I found said this is a 3rd party control which carries a $75 license and is not redistributable.
