Like I said before the rear two RARELY go bad. Did you do a reset of the computer, ie unhook the battery for a while and then give it a few days to relearn.

I would really doubt it's the rear o2 sensors unless someone had used some intake/carb cleaner that wasn't o2 sensor safe, or a gas additive that wasn't safe for o2 sensors.
