Hi All, I own a 2002 Tacoma double cab 4wd. It has a rear sliding window but is useless since I cant open it unless I stop and pull over. Has anyone ever put a power sliding window in and if any so good online resources to shop for it? Thanks Mike

The doublecab is why he has to stop. Unless you have 6 foot arms, there's no reaching that window from the driver's seat. I'd be interested to see if anyone has done this as well.

If your existing one is cracked, then insurance would cover at least a portion of cost of a new one.

Well, I guess I am lazy because I ordered it, should be here in a couple days. I just cant count how many times I was heading down highway and wished the back window was open. Plus I trailer a boat often and backing in and out of dark ramps with the tinted windows is a pain. I think I will be happy with my purchase. Hopefully wont be too hard to install.
