Its in a holder, release the clips with a skinny flat screwdriver and push it up through the housing. Or is that down through it? shooot....anyways its bolted to the wires with 7mm or 8mm bolts. Easiest access by unbolting the whole block from the inner fender, unhooking the other connector clips and going at it from the bottom.
