its not that, its just that you're not really giving us enough info.
Colorado's a pretty big place, might be better served to give an indication of which corner of CO you're in.
Also if you're expecting to get out of this for under $200 then you might be screwed if you don't have the right tools or you don't know someone whose you can barrow.
How much work have you done on your ride so far, and how mechanically inclined are you? Do you like to take things apart figure out how they work and put them back together again?
