Wow heres a new one - The Rodeos broke again. Its already at the shop but any help diagnostically would be great.

One day it stopped starting. Took it to the shop. $400 for a new fuel pump. Yippee.

Basically it started stalling out on me on the road.
My mechanic took the fuel pump out and found it was working properly so he ran a new power line from the fuse box back to the fuel pump. He wouldnt let me pay him for the work even though he spent 8+ hours on this. He really is an awesome guy. But Im becoming afraid Im going to drive him to suicide.

Drove it for about 2 weeks/400miles or so and guess what. Stalls out on the highway with no start afterwards. It will start if I wait about 15 minutes but it will stall within 5 minutes so I called the wrecker and waited an hour. I had the wrecker drop it off at my mechanics. When he saw my truck he just shook his head and he vowed that he is going to figure it out. He told me as soon as its fixed this time get rid of it - which is exactly what I am going to do. But it would be nice to get it fixed quickly - any ideas?
