More uncertainties... I think the talks on Starquest relate to the LSD unit (clutch pack, etc.) and not to the rest of the axel per se. Take that with at least two grains of salt as I am definitely only beginning to learn these things myself.

Sit tight until Lee_N, or somebody, with CAPS can chime in. Or one of the pick up guys, as Phil said...

Glad to know that I have at least something of some value!

The Conquest isn't listed in my CAPS program, but I do have some PDF files for the Conquest. The only problem is....they only list part numbers, no ratios! The best I can do is 3.909 from an 5/86-5/88 2600 4WD truck. These should fit front and rear. Front P/N is MB185452 and the rear is P/N MB185462.

While exploring, I did find out that the front carrier on a 5/88 on 2600 4WD truck is the same as what's used on both the 2600 Montero and the 3.0 V6 Gen II. This confirms that if you get an LSD for the front of a 4 cyl Gen I, it will also fit the front of the elusive 3.0 V6/Auto Gen II!

Look in all 80 to 86 and some 87 on 4x4 D50s and Mighty Maxs for 3.909 gears. These will fit your 2.6 Raider's diffs. None of the trucks came with a 3.7 ratio as far as I know, so you are unlikely to find a R&P for the front in that ratio.

1994 3.0L 4x4 pickup.
