Need a Spot
Any suggestions for what brand of Ring and Pinion I should use? Ive got prices on Quality Gear, and Neapco. Neapco comes in a little cheaper and I defenetly trust the shop that's selling them, but I don't want crap. One guy said he won't use Richmond gears. What do you think? I can't believe the prices for gears, they certainly are spendy!!

if you have a V6 diff only 2 brands make true V6 gears. I once put in 4cyl gears, and they worked for a while, but eventualy blew. Long story, but I would only got true V6/turbo gears from now on in that diff.

Other than that, I have no clue on good or bad.

Precision makes good gears and also the V6 version.

Stay away from Genu-whine.

Precision, Richmond, and of course Toyota all make true V6 gears. I think I read somewhere that US Gear makes 'em too but not really sure.

I have Precision and have been pleased for 25k miles so far.

Perhaps Yukon makes true V-6 gears as well, or at least that is what a bunch of 3rd Generation guys are running.

Set-up matters as much as brand, but there is a reason Genuine is guaranteed for life.

I think Yukon just repackages the main manufacturers products in a Yukon box.
