Good morning Mendel.
I have experienced this no spark condition. Very frustrating.
First, I would like to ask if the t-belt is still ok though.
Next, good suggestion to check the mpi relay. Even if it clicks, double check the contacts, make sure they are flush with each other when they connect. Also if they are pitted, good idea to use sand paper to grind down the pittings.
Next, check the ign switch, might be worn out already.
Lastly, on mine, the small black square thing next to the ign coil, the terminals are corroded with that green gunk, clean it up and use dielectric grease and I also adjusted the connectors to make a better connection with that black square thing.
