The brushes in your alternator are worn down and at the end of their rope (wire tether).
Dont waste your time testing it at the parts chains, it can be intermittent. Get a brush holder assembly from a Toyota dealer ($15-20) and replace them. Very easy job after remove rear cover grille on back of alternator.
