man they are already here, and i didnt hear they were starting this either, so now i got to pay the extra $38-60 bucks on top of getting inspected. we are lucky though, philly and pittsburgh are anywhere from $60 to $90, while penndot tries to put a cap on the costs. good to see another pa guy on here though <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" /> maybe we can ride up to paragon once you get this rodeo.

-one more thing, the new emmisions are for only cars 95 and older, just vehicles with computers, so your older cars may not have to pass. just something to look into.
