This trooper uses the same recirculating ball type steering as your old 91. The camber and caster is adjusted via shimming out the upper control arm. Fitting larger size tires has as much to do with tire width and wheel backspacing as it does with tire diameter. A 1" BL will help gain some more clearance though.

Hit up a search and try 95 trooper 33, to see how what others have done to make 33s fit. If you want to go smaller tires, then searching will help you find what is necessary.

I have a 1st gen so my mods to make 33x12.5 tires fit do not apply to your 2nd gen trooper wheel wells.
