You might try this.... I found this in the talk section from a few weeks ago. (from strawmyers post)


Pop your hood and look straight down at the steering box. There should be a flat square plate on top with one bolt in each corner, and a nut with a screw going through it in the middle.

Loosen that middle nut, while not allowing the screw in the middle to turn with it. Now hold the nut stationary while you tighten the screw 1/4-1/2 turn. Now, once again without allowing the screw to move, tighten the nut back down. You can fine-adjust it to where you want..... just know that 1/4-1/2 turn makes a big difference, so don't just start turning the screw without keeping track of how much you've tightened it. [edit]May help to hit that screw/nut combo with some PB Blaster for the next few days before trying to tighten anything
