will,
I have a FJ62 that serves as my daily driver and trail vehicle. It is pretty similar to an FJ60, the biggest differences being the 62 has an automatic transmission with overdrive and fuel injection. I like it as a daily driver, but it gets kind of expensive especially with the high gas prices. I am able to keep up with the traffic in the city quite well. I am easily able to reach and maintain a 70-75 mph on flat roads. (Going up I-70 to the mountains is different story). I don't think a 60 would be able to do that as well since it doesn't have OD, although its axle gear ratio is something like 3.73:1 where as my 62's is 4.1:1, so maybe the 60 could do those kinds of speeds just as easily without screaming. In my 62 I average right around 12 mpg, I have no idea what the highway mileage is, but I doubt it is in the 18-19 mpg range.

As long as you are comfortable having a daily driver that is probably the slowest vehicle you have owned, rides rough, handles like a brick, and gets bad gas mileage, I think you will love it. I am and I do.
