Manual tranny question.... now that one I can do <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> You are correct, if you have a 2.6 with an MUA5 behind it, then your only engine options are the 2.6 or 2.3 due to the integrated bellhousing.

I know some 2nd gen Troopers have a 2.8 with an MUA5 behind it. Still integrated bell housing, but it has a different bolt pattern than the 2.6 MUA5. The MUA5 off of a 2.8 Trooper should bolt up to the 3.1, 3.4, etc that people swap in place of the 2.8
