These seem like a pretty simple device, and would love the extra down travel. I found them looking at lift parts on indy4x. Would these give me any lift, or just greater down travel? It says the lay flat, so I assume I wont get any lift, but they are in the lift part section?? here is a pic: [Linked Image]

If they do not offer any lift, is it possible to add lift shackles in junction with the revolving shackle? Would this create problems? Im looking at the indy4x lift shackles also [Linked Image]

Would this work out? Or am I better off going with the tera shackles and an add a leaf? Are there any down sides to add a leaf?

I tried searching to no avail....

Body Damage is Cool
The Tera shackles are a great tool, but they DONT offer any appreciable amount of lift in my experiance(Full size trucks). They allow more down travel, and some twisting motion on the leafs, for ALOT more articulation, than would be possible with standard leaf springs. I dotn see a problem with add-a-leafs, but it will most likely make your ride a little stiffer. If you are into rock crawling, I would recommend that set-up, especially if you have a SAS. If not, you should probably just go with the shackles(standard). That is just my experiance with them, and eachapplication MIGHT be different. I have never run them on my personnal vehicles, but I prefer prerunners as well.

Hope this helps..
