I like it!
Speaking of light bars....Well, actually, speaking of roll bars....I got my new/used truck home 2 weeks ago and the first thing I did was jerk the plastic bed liner out and give it to a friend. I planned to have a real bed liner sprayed in, so I didn't want the rust trap that the drop-in liner offered.
Once I got the old bed liner out, I noticed where someone had installed one of them aftermarket roll bars in the bed of the truck. And like it always does, the roll bar had caused the rear fender wells to flex and tear. So I saw right away I needed to hammer flat and weld the tears before I had the bed sprayed with the new liner.
That's when I started shopping for cab-top light bars. I wanted an obscene number of 6" off-road lights, but didn't want them mounted to a bed destroying roll bar. Funny how I never discovered that Toyota made a factory light bar. I thought I had Googled it to death till I saw this post.
I gave up on finding a roof mounted light bar that I liked. I went with a decent grill/brush guard and mounted four 100 watt 6" sealed beams and a pair of 55 watt Pilot fog lights instead. I'm glad I did. I wired them all thru relays and connected them so they work when signaled off the hi/low dimmer on the steering stalk and made sure to add lighted rocker switches in the cab.
The amount of light I now have is obscene! It's almost sinful. I have to dim my headlights to prevent road signs from blinding me with their reflected glare.
