Not sure about the radio/horn, may be coincidental.
The clicking is the circuit open relay, it's a good
noise, but something else is preventing starting.
Have you checked your clutch/neutral interlock
switch depending on if you have MT or AT. Could
try hitting the override and see if it starts.
