Sounds like the torque converter is not working. Possibly extreme low fluid level? Or an output bearing on something (transfer case, tranny, rear diff) is sized. Maybe the parking brake is sized, the cable got kinked, or the parking brake pads broke in peaces and are jamming up the drum. Or a wheel bearing is completely seized causing drag. Or the clutch plates in the transmission are not disengaging.
ItÆs really hard to guess without looking at it, and having more details. It should be fairly obvious when you get it up on a rack and start spinning things. Hope it all works out.
