Where in the hell you been??? Other day was thinking about ya and realized you aint been on here in some time.

Being in AZ, do you have AC in your truck? If so then check the A/C amplifier located up behind the glove box. It will be a little turn knob thingy...supposed to control some aspect of the idle with A/C equipped rigs. Not much help on how to check it I know...but its free to look into! lol
