Bleeding the clutch hydraulic system is often overlooked and you will see the benefit when the old fluid that comes out is dirty and black.

The biggest help you can get for these procedures is to get a friend to help you. they hold the pedals down while you crack the bleeders.

You can bleed the brakes and hudraulic system alone by using a piece of pipe to hold the pedals down, but that is a p.i.t.a.

I am assuming you are not using any one-man bleeder kits, i have not tried any but i'm sure it would make the job easier.

Also- be careful of siezed bleeder valves, sometimes you can break them off in the caliper if you rally on them too hard trying to open them. Also, make sure you use a 6-pointed wrench or socket to prevent rounding them off. Versus 12 pointed.
