Cheap one man bleeding system:

Take a schrader valve stem cut one off of a tire or a bike tube. Put it in-line with your bleeder screw. Put some tubing over it and use some small hose clamps to keep it airtight. One man bleeder system.

I still prefer the friend system so I can watch and see what's comming out (air/dirty fluid).
