One side of the pin is flared a little more than the other one right? I think thats how mine are. Just tap em out with a hammer.

I removed the hinge bolts on the hinge side (not the door side). I think thats the easiest way, but if you haven't tried it yet, its a little tricky getting a wrench in there, you definately need a open end wrench of whatever size it is.

Don't forget to disconnect those wires before you take the door totally off and your buddy is standin there holdin it up.

Throw a little bike mirror on the drivers side too, to make the cops happy.
