Supposedly around 3", plenty to fit 33's.
Try a Search on "44044", that's the Rancho p/n.

Why use them ? They are very expensive, and made for a full size vehicle (read heavier) with a V8. I'd bet that would make for a stiff ride in a small, 4 cyl truck.
