Bionic Woman Episode 8. A first gen Trooper was a stand in for a M-B G-wagon. They blew it up!

Good eyes, i thought I was the only one who caught that. What a money saver. That guy should get a raise. The show though should be canceled. I don't know if this one counts since it was on the local news and not national, but last night they were doing a story on a chase that ended up with a fatality and several injuries. There was a gold Gen 2 troop on it's side in the shot of the accident scene.

Body Damage is Cool
I'm watching the show "First 48". They just found the murder victim's car and it was a 1st gen Amigo.

Spotted in a previewà
Next weekÆs season finale of the F/X show æNip/TuckÆ will feature a blue & silver 2nd Gen Trooper in a pretty nasty 2 car collision.

And yes, I got one of these > < from Miss Kathy when I pointed at the screen and said ôTrooper!ö

-ALSO-

I'm pretty sure that I saw a very brief flash of a white 2nd Gen Trooper in a commercial for a movie tonight -- but I can't for the life of me remember what movie.

Bet the Trooper "won"...them's heavy. I got t-boned by an Exploder (another heavy vehicle) @ ~50 mph and it didn't even flop me over.

Now IÆve got *her* doing ità

When I arrived home from work, Kathy informed me that on tonightÆs æDatelineÆ, there was a story about a man who murdered his wife, dismembered her, and then transported the pieces of her remains in his Isuzu Trooperà He then later apparently decided that he hadnÆt chosen the best spot, so he went back, collected her remains, and transported them back home - once again, in his Trooper.

Eeeeeew!

She doesnÆt remember where this took place, so just to be on the safe side, I think maybe everyone should avoid buying a Trooper at any police auctions for a while

Tonight, while watching A&EÆs docudrama æCrime 360Æ, I spotted a 2000-2001 Firefox VehiCROSS, sitting in the background of a street scene. --- The show was filmed in Richmond, VA, right about the same time that we were thereà

Kathy and I were really hoping we might see one of OUR Isuzus, since the police were driving around on several of the same streets we frequently traveled û but no such luckààà maybe next week

Last night, on the History ChannelÆs æModern Marvels: Dangerous RoadsÆ, during the opening feature about BoliviaÆs ôDeath Roadö, there were several shots of a 1st Gen Trooper making its way along the goat path of a route that runs from La Paz to San Borjaà While the narrator was saying that you absolutely MUST have a capable 4-wheel-drive to negotiate this road, the screen was suddenly filled with yet another shot of the Trooper; this time, with its front Isuzu badge fully and clearly visible

Concluding this episodeà Well, IÆll just let the blurb on the History ChannelÆs website say it:
ôFinally, ride along in extreme four-wheel drive trucks with some adrenaline junkies that drive boulder-strewn trails just for the fun of it!ö

All-in-all, it was pretty cool.

Also, in this morningÆs newspaper, showing the aftermath of Gustav passing through Haitià
