My truck is losing oil, not fast, but apparently spraying from some place near the oil filter. After wiping it up and watching it a couple of days, I decided to try replacing the oil pressure sender because it seemed to be at the epicenter of the mess. I put the new one in this morning and immediately my oil pressure guage started reading "normal", as in "normal" for other vehicles - not the "low normal" we're used to. Before it warmed up it stayed near the second mark, after that it stayed near the middle of the range. Then I noticed by the end of my 20 minute drive to work it was back to "low normal"... Oh well.

I'm still not sure if that fixed my oil leak, I'll wait a couple of days before deciding on that. Anybody else ever have a leak there?
