Nice work on the reviews.

ò Front and rear appearance skid plates.
<img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> I can't remember ever seeing a skid plate unless the vehicle was on a hoist or I was laying on the ground, so what's up with appearance skid plates?

The Escape is a unibody, isn't it? I would stick with the body on frame vehicles.

Before I bought my 2-door Tahoe I went and sat in a Liberty and a Grand Cherokee...the Liberty had way more headroom than the GC (I guess at 5'7" you might not find that an issue), the GC wasn't even an option for me. Same for Xterra. Same for a Rodeo for that matter, heck my ex-Trooper was only adequate in that regard, had to get one without a moonroof to fit. Hard to imagine, but I am 6'3" and long torso to boot. Hence the Tahoe (which, BTW, got 20 mpg coming back from Missouri on Monday...love a good tailwind!).
