Thanks, Makes sense to me. I will just clean it and go with it. I thought about making a block-off plate to put between the EGR and the intake, esentially blocking it, but leaving the EGR visual and soleniod to fool the computer. They seem pretty pointless to me and cuase too many problems. Especially since they got rid of them on the '01 and '02 F-bodies from the factory.
