That is really too bad they get such poor mileage, I really like the big FJ's. But, with gas near or over the $2 point in most places, sub 15 mileage is unacceptable. My Trooper is okay, but the rust combined with the IFS are a real bummer. My wife thinks it is a waste, but I am going to have to do some serious cancer surgery on the Isuzu and probably do an SAS. If the stupid thing didn't run so well it would have been long gone. I can't even convince my wife to switch to the FJ, she likes here Discovery too much, even though the FJ would be less money and less finicky. Oh well, thanks for the info guys. Until gas prices can settle down, it looks like a big FJ is out of the question.
