THIS PUMP DOESNT USE ONE OF THE COLD START DEVICES , IT IS NORMALLY MOUNTED RIGHT UNDER THE TACH SENDING, UNIT , THIS PUMP IS MORE LIKE THE PUMPS THAT WAS USED ON THE EARLY IMARK ENGS , AND AS ZACHERY MENTIONED IF THE ADVANCER IS WORKING CORRECTLY YOU WONT REALLY GAIN ANYHTING FROM TAKING IT OFF THE PUMP , THE PROBLEM WAS A LOT OF THEM TENDED TO STICK AND WOULD CAUSE A PART THROTTLE BOG ON A COLD ENG , OTHER THAN THAT THEY DID FINE , AND TRYIGN TO FIND PARTS FOR THE ADVANCER AND THE PUMP IN GENRALL IS BECOMING MORE AND MORE DIFFICULT, JERRY
