Beer can chicken is one of my specialties. Along with any beef, pork, lamb, etc meat product.

And I can cook a mean Spanish Pallela (shellfish, spanish sausage, and rice). I love to cook that but only for special ocassions. The seafood gets a little $rich$ to prepair. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
