My favorite is called Black Swamp Breakfast. You need a heavy skillet (I use my dutch oven) bacon, sliced potatoes, eggs, seasonings to taste. Once the skillet is hot add the bacon (depending on how many you are feeding) cook it about half way, add the potatoes and cook until crispy then throw in the eggs (without the shell of course) and cook until done. Serve it up! I have also added cheese at the very end and japalenos on occasion. You can leave the potatoes out and have a low carb meal. Very simple and since my camping food list usually consists of steak, bacon and eggs it fits right in! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
