First problem is the oil pan being too full and the crankshaft stiring it up. This causes the oil to foam as its churned and foam just isnt very cooperative with the oil pump/pickup. The oil in the airbox would be from standard blowby, having a higher level of oil plus the foamation (gotta add that one to the book! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />) would make it easier for the blow by to carry it up through vents and into the intake. Kinda surprised you didnt blow any seals with that much oil in the system. My 4Runner came to me with 8 quarts in it.
