The best way would be to start searching. There are several posts from a few of our very respected community members outlining exactly what should be done.

To get you going, follow THIS link. I searched for engine +flush -transmission +tick +3.2 When you are done with those 20 or so posts, start trimming things out of the search string. engine +flush +3.2 would be a good place to start.
