what is the best method for an engine flush?

cool man, thanks... yeah, sounds like the best thing to do is to put it in the crankcase and then run it for a bit at low rpms and then put in some lighter oil... im going with the M1 0w30, but i still and not sure if i should use this permanately.. i have seen conflicting ideas as to whether it should just be used as a flush, but we'll see... thanks
