Internationals are typically made up of parts that are found on many, many other vehicles: Dana axles, Dana transfer cases, common transmissions etc. See how many performance engine parts you can find for a pure International engine.

Isuzus are generally pure Isuzu. Nothing in common with other vehicle except for the 2.8 v6 engine and the Dana 44 axles in some of the later Amigo/Rodeos.

Again it is just a numbers game.
