Bummer

Although, I'm really only dissapointed about the 5.38's. I think they should still make them for the 12 bolt at least. Isuzu's ARE gaining popularity and some people have swapped these rears into their jeeps, toyotas, etc. mostly because they are big, durable, have disc brakes, have an arb available, and up until now, 5.38's to match to a dana44 front.
I was gonna swap one for my 10 bolt, but now I don't know if I should. I will need lower gears when i SAS it next year. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

The t-case gears dont bother me as much because I could never justify 800 dollars for less than 50% reduction.

I would be willing to dish out coin for a doubler kit, should one ever be produced.

And on the Isuzu is dead thing, big deal. the most poplular models of rigs on the trails are the ones that havent been made in 10-30 years. CJ's, YJ's, older XJ's, 80's toyota pickups and 4runners, old dodge, ford, and chevy trucks, etc. Most of the running gear of these trucks is not made by the factory anymore.

I think you can look at it as a good thing. We Isuzu enthusiasts are the new marketing execs of Isuzu. As long as we continue to show people that these rigs are great wheelers and workhorses and their popularity will continue to grow. And with sites like this one and the board on Pirate, our voices will be heard all over the world, not just the trails we frequent.

OK I'm done now <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />
I need to get back on the wrench <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />
